How the Inner Circle Works

Athletes meet once per month for a live, interactive mental training session designed to build real-world performance skills.

Live: First Wednesday of every month
Time: 7:00 PM
Length: 45–60 minutes
Format: Zoom + replay

Each session athletes will learn a powerful mental performance skill, practice simple tools, get live coaching and Q&A, and leave with a clear application challenge and tool to implement.
